Last Leg

I hate we have not been updating the blog lately. Unfortunately we have been on the road a lot and away from internet connection. Right now we are in Memphis, TN. I have so much I want to say but I am so tired. We drove from Abilene, TX to Memphis today. Look at the map to see how brutal of a drive it is. To sum it up, Las Vagas is really a city of sin. Sadly the street corners had free porn stands. We handed out hundreds of gospel tracks there. We prayed with people right in the middle of the strip. We had van trouble on the way from NV to AZ forcing us to spend 6 hours in a little town in Arizona called Kingman (because 2 hubs went out on our van which set us back $650). We had fun in Sierra Vista, AZ once we left Kingman. In Sierra Vista we ministered from 10-3 at a nursing home. We also put on a little concert at a local Catholic church. We all took turns sharing a testimony. On the way from AZ to home we saw a twister overhead. We were in Abilene last night heading to a KOA to camp at when we drove into a bad storm. We all freaked out and I managed to capture some pics and a little video during the ordeal. To avoid danger during the possible tornado touch down we drove fast and got to our cabin safely. To no surprise Robbie and I were the only ones who had fun during the intense moment. We continued to have great theological discussions on the road. We even had a campfire at a rest area today and threw frisbee for 20 minutes to get out of the van. Well see yal soon. Thanks for the prayers. In CHRIST'S love JC
